Finclass Ltd was the first catering butcher on Smithfield Market and has always strived to produce high specification products for hotels and restaurants in London. Finclass Ltd only use the highest quality products for our clients and use our suppliers on the Market to achieve this. Our beef comes from Scotland and we are the only butchers in London to sell Mey Select beef from Prince Charles’ Estate in Scotland. We hang all of our meat with the beef being hung for an average of 28 days. Lamb is also hung. We believe this enables the final product to be at it’s best for flavour and texture.

The traditional meat auction will take place at 10:30am on Saturday 23rd December 2017 at Smithfield Market in Charterhouse Street near the junction with Farringdon Road.
